Toilet paper is mainly used for people's daily hygiene and is one of the essential paper types. In order to make toilet paper soft, mechanical methods are usually used to crease the paper to increase the softness of the toilet paper. Now there are many raw materials for making toilet paper, including cotton pulp, wood pulp, bamboo pulp, straw pulp and other natural raw materials without pollution. For this product, the basic requirement of toilet paper is chemical substances, no raw materials for skin sex, no residues of mold, virus and bacteria. Toilet paper is characterized by strong water absorption, no pathogenic bacteria, soft and uniform thickness without holes, uniform wrinkles, uniform color, no impurities. In addition, we should know that the shape of toilet paper is a single square, called square paper or facial tissue, but also rolled into a roll, called web. They are generally made from cotton pulp, wood pulp, straw pulp, cane pulp, mixed pulp and waste paper pulp. Generally speaking, as long as good quality toilet paper is made of raw wood pulp, its manufacturing process is similar to that of ordinary paper, but it is required to be particularly thin and brittle. The purpose of this is to encounter water will rot, so as to achieve the purpose of environmental protection.
Toilet paper has good softness, water absorption and cleanliness when in use. Cotton pulp, wood pulp or straw pulp is soaked in alkali or various disinfectants, usually heated at high temperature, and then subjected to various fine processing. Product surface wrinkles, mostly white. Of course, the surface of some toilet paper needs to be embossed. In order to increase softness, it is often necessary to add some softener or chain breaking agent to the pulp, and the product is sold in small rolls, small boxes or other forms. Of course, because toilet paper contains a lot of carbon, it is very suitable for composting. Exposing waste toilet paper to the air, the fluffy texture of toilet paper is easy to form bubbles, which is conducive to the growth of beneficial microorganisms and helps to maintain the carbon balance in nature. Sometimes it makes hard white sugar and brown sugar soft. White sugar and brown sugar will be stored for too long and will spontaneously agglomerate and harden, which is not conducive to use. At this time, you can put the lumps of sugar in a large bowl, cover with wet paper towels, and leave overnight. The humidity of the wet wipes will help the sugar pieces soften and fall apart.
